How do you want to use this precious human life?

This is one question I pose in this conversation with Peter at Mundekulla Retreat center. We talk about the current situation in society with covid-19, dealing with sickness and with loved ones transitioning. This is a good start to reflect on our year 2020 as we are nearing the New Year of 2021.

To take time to reflect on the year, our experience: gifts and challenges, our actions and our direction in life, can help us enter a new year. Our aspiration or volition is a source of nourishment, which guides our actions and choices. Taking time to look into what I want to release before the new year comes, write it down and release it to a fire and flame as a symbol of setting me free, can help. At the end of a walking meditation in downtown Stockholm the other day I asked everyone to reflect and share one thing they want to invite more of in the new year. This is also a way to invite, to step into a new year, clear about our intention and direction. This we can also write down and keep as a reminder and inspiration.

May you touch more light and love these days leading up to New Years Eve. May we as humans on this planet wake up to our interconnection and deepen our understanding and love.
